Hiya, I'm Ezzy! I'm a 24-year-old Content Creator & Freelancer from The Netherlands. (they/them)I've always been passionate about stories and popculture. Otaku, geek, booknerd, it all applies, because whether it's anime, books, videogames or movies, stories are stories. That combined with my love for creating and sharing said passion, made me fall naturally on the path of content creation.Whether it is blogging about books, and reviewing them for authors and publishers; or making videos about anime and vtuber(lore), and livestreaming the latest game, I enjoy making content as varied as my interests. But I also touch upon topics such as LGBTQ+ and being disabled/neurodivergent, as those are integral to me and my content creation journey.Besides making my own content, I've also been working as a freelancer with/for other creators & VTubers for almost 3 years. While I've mostly done thumbnails, I've also worked on video editing & video managing projects for CDawgVA, Ironmouse, Trash Taste and more.
My Content Creation Timeline:
In 2017, I started as a bookblogger/reviewer, and I wrote reviews for traditional publishing houses (Titan Books, HarperCollins) and indie authors alike (Josie Jaffrey, N.J. Simmonds/Caedis Knight). I retired the blog in 2021 in favour for other avenues content creation.In 2019, I co-created the indie book award ''Book Bloggers' Novel of the Year Award'' alongside TheWriteReads and several fellow bloggers. I retired from the team in 2022.In 2020, I started my Youtube channel.
In 2021, I started streaming on Twitch.In 2022, I started working as a freelance thumbnail artist / (assistant) video editor and have done projects for Trash Taste, Ironmouse, CDawgVA, OnigiriEN, PotasticP, TheAnimeMan, Sydsnap and more. (My portfolio)
